Does *Drawing a weapon* require a die roll under the UA Greyhawk Initiative rules?

Also, am I correct in assuming that *drawing a weapon*, under the UA Greyhawk Initiative rules, does not require a die roll. Thank you so much Mike. correct

Hi Mike. I’ve convinced my group to try the UA Greyhawk Initiative rules 😃In the PHB p. 190 drawing or sheathing a sword appears to be free to do. But, swapping grear in the UA rules requires 1d6. Please, help. Why does swapping grear require 1d6? Thank you. idea was to make changing load out cost something, without taking up your turn
