question for someone who’s about to dive into the wild world of DMing – do you think a newbie ought to do a oneshot or two first for practice? or would they be okay to start on a campaign if they took it slow?I definitely think it’s possible to jump right in (especially if you’ve watched others play, or have been playing yourself for awhile), but one-shots help get you “stretched and loose” for the main event as well.
