About to scale an adventure for tier 1 characters up for a 15th level party…any advice from folks with experience in this? Add 50 Tarrasques.

I would change out the monsters either by reskinning and making them special (Tiamat’s chosen kobolds of doom!) or just completely (now its a dungeon of fiends). I would scale the DCs to roughly 4 higher and any static damage per DMG trap table or Xanathar’s.
