About to run my first game that has 7 party members this week. Any tips on how to keep the pace going and stopping everyone getting bored? It’ll only be a 4-5 hour opener, but I fear there will be too much talking and length in between turns Aye! Background battle music tends to help keep attention. Eye contact with players as you describe the action. Notifying who’s next in turn order. It’s a struggle, so don’t stress if a few slip.
