@ChrisPerkinsDnD about to run OotA with 6 players. There are 10 NPC's. Do they split any xp 16 ways or do i just make the npcs noncombatant?

If the NPCs are instrumental in the fight, they get equal cuts of the XP. They can also take non-combat actions. https://t.co/O2PnE3jbyn
