I’m so happy to share with all of you this very little news about me and my love to D&D
(ops “I CRIED”, my fault, english is not my first language)

I cryed.
After 30yrs I found my name on a D&D book
I playtested #Ravnica and was not so simple but I was so excited for this “bridge” to another gaming world
So happy that my first sign was on @0Generic0 book!

I just recently finished reading through all your Planeshift articles and have enjoyed http://them.You mentioned that there weren’t any rules for Magic stuff in D&D.Anything you considered doing or we just have to wait and see with Rav coming? I toyed with gradual accrual of spell points in combat to have spellcasters ramp up to more powerful spells like in #mtg, the opposite of what they normally do in #dnd. Also toyed with assigning spell points (and spells) colors. Not exciting directions, ultimately. #wotcstaff

Plane Shift's general philosophy was that people want to play #dnd in #mtg worlds, not play a game that's almost-but-not-quite D&D. No one likes peanut butter and carob. 😉 #wotcstaff

Will Guildmasters Guide to Ravnica or D&D in general have an influence on the new Ravnica sets? Nope. The card sets and the D&D book both draw from the same world guide as a source, and the cards were done much earlier. #wotcstaff

Does Guildmaster’s Guide to Ravnica include a stat block for Jace Beleren (like Laeral Silverhand in Dragon Heist)? The other members of the Gatewatch? It does not include any Planeswalkers, since the focus of the book is solidly fixed on Ravnica. #wotcstaff

According to @JeremyECrawford on Dragon Talk, the upcoming Ravnica guide has about as many monsters as Mordenkainen’s. I don’t know about anyone else but I am ALL GOOD on monsters at this point. I have like six monster books on my shelves and still default to the MM 95%. #dnd

It’s a nice mix of new stat blocks and “use X stat block for Y.” And a good number of the stat blocks are NPCs.
