Originally Spectral Defense gave half damage. Now offers resistance, which prevents stacking with items offering resistance. Thus making this much weaker than Uncanny Dodge which is at a much lower level. Intended or oversight? We didn't change it on accident. Uncanny Dodge is the same level for a Hunter ranger. UD requires seeing the attacker. SD does not.

PHB states new language/tool proficiency takes 250 days. Xanathar ten workweeks, errata?
@JeremyECrawford #DnD PH 187 states new language/tool prof. takes 250 days. XgtE 134 states ten workweeks. Is this an errata?

The "Downtime Revisited" section in Xanathar's Guide is, like all the rules in its chapter, optional. If you decide to use the option, you're using it instead of the downtime rules in the PH and DMG. #DnD https://t.co/S90aKID6uP

Physical copy on its way to Renton. I think this is an important discussion & issue for D&D. Thank you in advance for your time. pic.twitter.com/7JpSwakKqI

Thank you for the letter. As noted in the introduction of "Downtime Revisited," those rules are designed as an alternative to the downtimes rules in the PH and DMG. They're not meant to be used together.

Does a steed by the Find Steed ability to telepathically communicate with it’s rider require any action?
@JeremyECrawford Does a steed summoned by the Find Steed spell’s ability to telepathically communicate with it’s rider require any action?
— Jaden Ray Fajardo (@songobobjf) October 4, 2017
The telepathic communication granted by the find steed spell doesn't require an action to use. If it did, the spell would say so. #DnD https://t.co/y1QSCylPqi

Does Storm Herald affect any size creature?
@JeremyECrawford Hey, for the new Storm Herald barbarian, there isn't a size limit on the effects the storm's do. Does this mean any size creature is effected by things like being knocked prone when I activate my storm next to them?
— 1I11I1II1II1I1 (@i11_ii1) November 27, 2017
Creature size is irrelevant to a rule unless that rule, or another relevant rule, says otherwise. #DnD https://t.co/yK49GsLlcf

Do you have access to Blessing of the Forge every day, or every other day?
@JeremyECrawford @mikemearls for Forge Cleric's Blessing of the Forge – you get it back at the end of a long rest, and it lasts until the end of a long rest. Do you have access to it every day, or every other day?
(reposting cause i made it late at night before)— A Kobe Bryant Christmas (@play_on_sunday) November 27, 2017
If something lasts until the end of your next long rest and is also restored at the end of your next long rest, it ends and you regain it at the same time. #DnD https://t.co/tAUl9KDNSt
