As described in Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide, sun and moon elves have the racial traits of high elves from the Player's Handbook. You can already play either of those races by choosing high elf.

The disintegrate spell has a loophole in it. RAI: The spell disintegrates you whether it deals damage to you when you're at 0 hit points or it reduces you to 0 hit points. @JeremyECrawford Spell Thief feature lets you force a saving throw with spellcasting ability mod. Is it considered to be the same kind of ST as the modifier? For example, if the creature use int mod for spells,Is it a Int save? I ask because of proficiency bonus.

If you make a saving throw using a particular ability modifier, you're making a saving throw using that modifier's ability. For example, an Intelligence saving throw is a save that uses your Intelligence modifier. See "Saving Throws" (PH, 179). #DnD https://t.co/TM74CtVyPu

@JeremyECrawford One player wants to play an Aasimar (from Volo's Guide to Monsters) Sorcerer with the Divine Soul origin (from Xanathar). Seems like a natural combo, but breaks the PHB+1 rule. The inverse (Tiefling with evil Divine soul) would be fine. Should I allow it?

@JeremyECrawford Casting from a spell scroll. It doesn't say it requires V/S components, but specifically lists not using M. Does that line override the general rule about not needing V/S/M for any spells from magic items, so you would need V/S?

Spell scrolls follow the normal rule for casting a spell from a magic item: you don't need to provide any components to cast the spell (V, S, or M). Spell scrolls have a twist, though: you must read the scroll to cast its spell. This is effectively an ad hoc component. #DnD https://t.co/vzlvjZEwG8
