@ShooplessCan you use the spell sniper feat to grab the Shillelagh spell? How about Thorn Whip? Spell Sniper allows you to learn thorn whip, which includes an attack roll, but not shillelagh, which doesn't.

PC has Helm of Comprehend Languages. He wargs into his familiar Owl. Owl flies ahead, sees writing in Infernal. Can the PC read that via the Helm?

Or does that only work when PC is looking through his own eyes?

To read something via the comprehend languages spell, you must be touching the surface that bears the writing. So it doesn't work if you're using remote viewing, such as through a familiar.

A bonus to hit and damage is no longer a default property of magic weapons, which can have a variety of desirable properties.

@dantedipasqualeDo Dragonborn Druids retain breath&resist in Wildshape? Can a caster use 2 spells in surprise round with the ready action? The Ready action is intended to be used after initiative has been rolled. Same for the other "Actions in Combat" options.
