Though actually: Lhazaar is too far off the beaten path. I think I’d make it an island off the coast of Xen’drik – close to but distinct from Stormreach – where the weirdness of Xen’drik can leak onto it.

if Eberron were first designed today, would dragonborn & tieflings (now core PHB races) also be dragonmarked races? Dragonborn and tieflings are still “exotic races” in 5E. To me tieflings are more interesting when they’re rare; I don’t really want a nation of tieflings. So personally I wouldn’t make them a Dragonmarked race- just as changelings aren’t Dragonmarked, despite being core Eberron.

As for Dragonborn? If I was building a setting from scratch today for 5E I’d at least think about giving them a bigger role. But for Eberron, I’m happy with the approach we took for 4E (and I played a Dragonborn PC for over a year!).

With 5th edition D&D removing the concept of NPC classes (Warrior, Noble, etc.), how does that change the chef character who was the highest-level character on the planet? 5E removed the concept of NPC classes because it essentially removed the concept of NPCs having classes at all; NPCs simply have the skills you want them to have. So Maza Thadian is still a legendary chef; I might give her expertise with cook's tools and a +5 proficiency bonus.

what resources do I need to run the eberron setting? And is it still easy to run in 5e without official rules for psionics?Psionics aren't required for Eberron. Psionics are integrated into the setting through the Kalashtar and the Dreaming Dark, but you can run a campaign without involving either of these.

Can the magic/technology used to create Warforged also be used to create artificial limbs for amputees? #Eberron Not by canon, but I'm sure it's something that Jorasco and Cannith are exploring. There's a number of tricky issues based on how warforged are made. Magic of Eberron presented other forms of grafted limbs (plant, elemental) but not warforged.

On the topic of dragons… what are the Chamber-CotSilver Flame relations, if any? -I guess both have had joint operations-perhaps unbenknownst to the Church- sometimes The Chamber is a secretive organization that manipulates humanity. It’s surely used the Church of the Silver Flame as a tool, but it doesn’t engage with them as equals. An individual dragon might choose to reveal itself to trusted agents, but it’s a secret order.
