since quite a lot of barbarian paths rely on bonus action usage, I’m thinking to leave Shifter activate rage and shifting with the same bonus action. Do you think it would be too game breaking? I've dealt with shifter barbarians both as a player and DM. I've always left rage and shifting as requiring two separate actions, and it's always worked out – it slows you down a bit, but it works. But do what feels right to you!

Eberron
Have you wrote about how common dragonmarks are?
have you wrote about how common dragonmarks are? Would it be abnormal to have a whole party of dragonmarked characters? I know that a lot of significant people have them, but no clue if it is 1/100 or 1/10000 otherwise About half of the members of a dragonmarked line develop the least mark. Greater marks or otherwise expanded abilities (as might be represented by class abilities) are rarer.

An entire party of dragonmarked heirs would be remarkable and noteworthy, but not astonishing.

Can a Warforged experience PTSD of some sort since they are humanoids?
Can a warforged experience PTSD of some sort since they are humanoids? I don’t know too much of the Eberron setting but if the war was as violent as it sounds that must have had a lasting effect on the psyche of all the beings that experienced it. I certainly think warforged can experience some forms of PTSD.

How many Warforged are in Eberron?
How many Warforged are there? That is, what is the population count? Around ten thousand.

Would a dragon disguised as a member of House Lyrandar be able to pilot an Airship?
I have an #Eberron question: would a dragon disguised as a member of House Lyrandar be able to pilot an Airship? And how might that look different than a true holder of the Mark of Storms? It's possible to control an airship without the Mark of Storm, its just an ongoing battle of wills with the elemental.A dragon has a strong will, and if the course is straightforward ("Go west 300 miles") it's not that hard or obvious.

Hah! You beat me to it.

If it suits the story, absolutely.
If you’re asking technically, I’d say— it’s a dragon, who taught the giants magic, and presumably had a connection with the Prophecy and is a direct conduit of magic. So, if yes, it probably looks exactly how the dragon wants. The same OR not.
— RutyWoot! #Inclusivity (@RutyWoot) August 11, 2018
You had the better answer, though. :-p Any creature can try to pilot an airship (Per Explorer's Guide) but a dragon or Lord of Dust could easily have a tool that makes it appear to function normally for them. Again, what suits the needs of the story?
— Keith Baker (@HellcowKeith) August 11, 2018
If the course requires constant adjustment, there would likely be times that the elemental would resist, and you'd have a bumpy or unsafe ride. So don't try to pilot the ship through Sharn.
— Keith Baker (@HellcowKeith) August 11, 2018
And I’d even add to that, if the dragon spent enough time among Lyrandar, and had practiced, even another with the Mark of Storms might not notice any difference even piloting through Sharn.
— RutyWoot! #Inclusivity (@RutyWoot) August 11, 2018
Certainly, the critical question is "What's best for the story?" Setting aside willpower, dragons have access to epic level magic and could presumably craft an item or ritual that would allow such control. Ditto for one of the Lords of Dust.

How does an Aberrant Dragonmark work with Greater Dragonmarks?
How does an Aberrant Dragonmark work with Greater Dragonmarks? Pre. is 8th level and a dragonmark. Also, can you expend multi HD /w Aberrant Dragonmark spells past 2nd level? You cannot spend multiple hit dice when you use an aberrant dragonmark. Greater Aberrant Dragonmark is a different feat that will be explored in the future.

Does Wayfinder’s Guide to Eberron contain information on the treaty that freed the Warforged
Hey Keith, does this contain information on the treaty that freed the Warforged (and forbids new WF being created)? I’m kicking around a character concept where a Warforged wants to build a future for his race, potentially via loophole in the treaty. No, I don’t think any source delves into the minutes of the Treaty of Thronehold. Warforged are granted freedom and citizenship in the nations they served. I can’t remember if Cannith had to shut down the Creation Forges or actually destroy them.
— Keith Baker (@HellcowKeith) July 24, 2018
You can certainly add additional details to the Treaty to drive your story. Creating warforged requires both a working Creation Forge and someone with the Mark of Making trained in its use. Again, perhaps an exceptional PC can find other ways- but that’s the baseline.

Are vehicles considered to be a tool, or are they a separate category of equipment?
In the 6th printing of the PHB vehicles are listed on the tools chart. On @DnDBeyond they are not and vehicles are very clearly listed separately. Which is correct? Are vehicles considered to be a tool, or are they a separate category of equipment? In my campaign, I’m likely to say that Integrated Tool allows you to incorporate a tool of 10 lbs or less. So you can’t be a warforged galleon, but if you really want to be a warforged wheelbarrow, I’d allow it.
