so I just read over a copy of morgrave and I’m a little confused. For instance the description of the “shape if the arbiter” is kinda word salad and not consistent with most other dnd formula. Why doesn’t the magic attack scale? Ie. Cantrips. The Shape of the Arbiter is a defensive form, providing resistance to most forms of damage. With that said, @RutyWoot designed the Circle of the Arbiter and may be able to provide deeper insight.

Eberron
Kalashtar are a separate race. But are there any Kalashtar that are not human?
Mechanically, Kalashtar are a separate race. But are there any Kalashtar that are not human? Like elves or gnomes that have that quori connection unique to the Kalashtar? By canon lore the Kalashtar progenitors were all human and the bond doesn’t pass to offspring of other races. You could create a “new” kalashtar tied to another race, but you’d have to figure out balance; what do you remove to balance racial features such as darkvision?

I was wondering if Couatl in Eberron are meant to be more powerful than the vanilla version…
Hey Keith ! I was wondering if Couatl in Eberron are meant to be more powerful than the vanilla version . Seems a bit lackluster when you think about what they were confronted to. My inclination is to think to the couatl as a CLASS of celestial, like "angel" or "archon." The CR 4 couatl that currently has stats in #dnd5e is a relatively minor guardian, but there could be others that are far more powerful.

We need your thoughts about UA Artificer
Ok, @HellcowKeith. I’m sure I can speak for lots of folks: We need your thoughts about what was recently released on UA. If you feel like answering, or even reading the comment, thanks a lot. Enjoy your weekend. It’s something that needs to be playtested and refined, which is the point of UA.
— Keith Baker (@HellcowKeith) March 1, 2019
I like the various ways that the class gets to feel creative—preparing new spells every day, being able to swap cantrips, changing damage types with Arcane Weapon. This sort of versatility is something that was missing from the previous UA artificer. I’ve seen complaints that it uses spells as opposed to an entirely separate system, but the 3.5 artificer was also a spellcaster. The description could be refined, but I like the basic principle. There should be more subclasses, and I expect there will be.

Does the Blessing of the Forge ability by a Forge Cleric affect the Integrated Protection of a Warforged?
Does the Blessing of the Forge ability by a Forge Cleric affect the Integrated Protection of a Warforged? My initial thought is no but I thought I would ask…love me some Warforged!!! By RAW probably not. In third edition warforged bodies could be enchanted like armor; in the current model, adding Proficiency bonus to AC is supposed to reflect evolving enchantment, so you can't enhance on top of that.
— Keith Baker (@HellcowKeith) March 7, 2019
But things like Fighting Style and Soul of the Forge would apply to a Warforged, correct? It depends on the wording. By RAW, a warforged using Heavy Plating or Composite Plating is considered to be wearing armor, but not a specific TYPE of armor; IE heavy plating doesn't count as heavy armor (though I'd like to see that adjusted).

The Morgrave Miscellany is NOT an official D&D product
It's the followup for wayfinders guide to eberron with stuff that wasn't able to fit in wayfinders. Artificer can't be put in WGTE where it's supposed to be until the UA for it is out. announcing moregraves misc with it makes a lot of sensehttps://t.co/htrNxlYjPU
— JM (@JM13136849) February 26, 2019
Just to clarify: The Morgrave Miscellany is NOT an official D&D product, and it’s not official content. It’s a DM’s Guild product with a lot of ideas and options, but even though I’m involved it’s not official.
— Keith Baker (@HellcowKeith) February 27, 2019
Do you see this becoming part of the Wayfarer’s Guide in the future or do you see it as a stand alone supplement? It’s a stand-alone supplement. WGtE is official material; this is fan-made (even if we’re an impressive group of fans).

Dragonmarked presents some secrets
I will look here first! Thank you kindly.
A couple of my PCs will have dragonmarks, and would have secrets that they should know, and will learn.
I am also looking for examples of secrets a House would go out of its way to protect.Dragonmarked presents some secrets, but you should definitely expand as you see fit. Every house could have secret projects it doesn't want people to know about. Vadalis supersoldiers, Jorasco bioweapons, Kundarak black sites… what houses are your players tied to?— Keith Baker (@HellcowKeith) February 20, 2019
Lyrandar & Thuranni. We’re still in chargen & start next week so I’m using the time to dive in.
I also included a series of arc prompts in their primer. One of them is “create a secret you would do anything to keep.” I can’t wait to see what they come up with.Thuranni has lots of potential for “Who has the house killed that we don’t know about?” (JFK!) There’s also the story of the Shadow Schism, which is covered in Dragonmarked.
— Keith Baker (@HellcowKeith) February 20, 2019
Lyrandar could have elemental binding secrets (They’ve suppressed airships anyone can fly! There’s proof that bound elementals suffer horribly!) The house may have aspirations in Stormreach or Valenar. Or some sort of weather manipulation scandal; they caused Karrnath’s famines!
