Regarding Blood Hunter; Blood Curse of Spell Sunder. Does it give advantage on saves against non direct spells? For example, Fireball hits, can use curse to rip the flames away from you? Unfortunately, it only effects spells that require a spell attack roll. However, the Blood Curse of the Fending Rite DOES allow you to do this.

I have a question about the blood hunter, how would the crimson rite max hitpoint reduction interact with a 10th level wizard of the school of Necromancy, where there max hitpoints can not be reduced?I imagine it would prevent the max HP reduction!

Hey there! Question about the Bloodhunter, Order of Mutant, Potency Mutagen- what does it mean “increase by an amount equal to your mutation, as does your Strength maximum” ? I get the first part , but the second part I don’t get, btw love the class! No worries! Normally, your Ability scores cannot increase beyond 20 without magical means. These mutagens can surpass that boundary.
