Exandria is the name of the world on which most events of Critical Role take place. Tal’dorei and Wildemount
Why does Blood Hunter have no feature at 13th level, despite the fact that Dead Levels don’t exist in 5E?They gain a new Blood Curse, and their proficiency bonus increases at 13. 🙂

I think what I love most about the Taldorei campaign setting is that the map is well detailed but still vague enough to insert your own villages or hamlets into the setting. #sparkstheimagination That was the intent! 🙂

I just have a question about the Blood Hunter class. Can a player use Blood Rite’s on ranged weapons or the ammo?On the ranged weapon, yes! It briefly confers the damage bonus to any ammo fired.

Question about blood hunter class. For mutagen, can you take multiple at 3rd lvl and have all their effects or not until 7th lvl? You can have multiple mutagens to choose from, but can only create one per short rest until lvl 7.

Hey Matt! Just reached level 7 as a Profane Soul Blood Hunter. Would Mystic Frenzy work in conjunction with the True Strike cantrip? The exact wording says a cantrip has to be cast…but not that it has to be an attack. Just looking for clarification is all! :)You can indeed cast True Strike, then attack as a bonus action, but while the text of the spell states you gain advantage on your next turn, it’s up to the DM if it would instead affect the Bonus Action attack.

using supernal surge, the way i read it, you can attack with your action as well as a BA and then become spectral, or do you need to use a bonus action to activate the feature? as well once you get the feat can you always attack with BA or only when your spectraThe feature can trigger when you Attack (and thus get a BA attack) and then you are spectral, or you can just use your BA to become spectral without needing an attack (if you wanted to move spectrally first)

You can only attack as a BA for that turn, and only for as many uses of the ability as you have.

I’m confused on blood hunter. When crimson rite is active is it a once per round or is it constant and if so do you keep losing HP per round or one time HP loss Once active, the extra damage is added each attack that hits for as long as it’s active. The HP damage/reduction only occurs upon activating it. Once the rite is dropped, the max HP loss returns (but the damage remains).

Does it work on a bow, or other launchers? I’d hope so, since Archery style is available for Blood Hunters. It does indeed, and the damage benefit carries to the ammunition long enough for impact
