The metamagic empowered spell can be activated when rolling damage. How does this effect spells that roll damage across multiple turns such as witch bolt?

small question on the new echo knight. The echo is a solid object that occupies space. so could the echo pick up an item?could it open a door or should it shoulder it down?
Can Dispel Magic and True Polymorph be twinned concerning the creature target as it is one creature?
For Invisibility it grants the invisible condition with the separation of these two:
-An invisible creature is impossible to see without the aid of magic or a Special sense. For the purpose of Hiding, the creature is heavily obscured. The creature’s location can be detected by any noise it makes or any tracks it leaves.
And
-Attack rolls against the creature have disadvantage, and the creature’s Attack rolls have advantage.
does this mean that even if you can see the creature it still has advantage on all attack rolls and disadvantage on all attacks against it?
I just want to know if there is a spell or something in D&D or Pathfinder that I can use to bring a volcano that has collapsed into a caldera back to life.
If a grung takes the mobile feat does it’s jump increase with it’s movement or is it a static number?
