@kbrimingtonA question: PCs with multiple attacks can replace an attack with grapple. Can monsters with Multiattack do the same? i'd say no – might have some unintended effects. OK on a case-by-case basis, but be wary about it.

@KarrattiDon’t know if this has been asked, but is there a way in 5e to recover Int? Say, after meeting an Intellect Devourer? Thank you! not in rules as written – I'd allow it with any spell that removes a curse or disease. I believe it's an oversight.
