@DPennywayIf my character is asked to do something they don’t want to do, can they take “uninspiration” to give themselves disadvantage? I'd allow it, with Charisma (Deception) check to conceal the lack of effort

How much movement does it cost to stand up in difficult terrain?
@JeremyECrawford hi, new to twitter. Hope I’m not being rude. I have a question regarding movement in D&D 5e. How much movement does it cost to stand up in difficult terrain, like in Grease?100%(50%x2) or 50%(terrain doesn't matter)
— Hottaimo (@Hottaimo1) June 26, 2016
Standing up costs an amount of movement equal to half your speed. Difficult terrain doesn't affect it. #DnD https://t.co/d1ffNhIte5

If a rogue has a rapier dancing sword, if it hits an enemy can it do sneak attack?
@JeremyECrawford If a rogue has a rapier dancing sword, if it hits an enemy, can it do sneak attack damage (provided there's advantage, etc)?
— NoUserNameForNow (@MeimingNanashi) June 10, 2016
If you're a rogue with a dancing sword, the sword, not you, does the attacking. #DnD https://t.co/ZBhrQujxSZ

Can I wild shape from one animal form right into the next?
@djanelsDruid wondering, can I wild shape from one animal form right into the next, or do I have to rest as an elf in between? you do not need to shift back to an elf – you can go from beast to beast
— (((Mike Mearls))) (@mikemearls) June 30, 2016
@djanelshow does that work? any reference material I can find/read? someone told me I’m sacrificing my other wild shape? yeah, it does require you to expend a use of wild shape.

Any easier way to set up an encounter?
@JeremyECrawford ooh, I hope we have a way to hear about it if we missed the seminar. Any easier way to set up an encounter?
— SlyFlourish (@SlyFlourish) June 17, 2016
@SlyFlourish I usually use the encounter guidelines only if I'm worried about a TPK or when developing an adventure for someone else to run.

Would a DM be allowed to suspend a player’s Paladin abilities for Oath Violation?
@JDPaladinQuestion: would a DM in AL be allowed to suspend a player’s Paladin abilities for Oath Violation? Temporarily, of course. depends on context, and the effect wouldn't stretch beyond that session, but tentatively yes

Is flute proficiency required to make a Performance check?
@PandaemoniIs flute proficiency required to make a (flute) Performance check? What about a PC proficient in Performance but not the flute? no, you can always attempt without proficiency
