While Mythic Odysseys of Theros is not a valid resource for Adventurers League play, the team at Wizards of the Coast has used it to make a change to the Triton race — granting Triton characters the Darkvision trait. This is an intentional change to the race itself, and the Wizards team will be updating Volo’s Guide to Monsters to reflect this change. As a result, Adventurers League-legal Triton characters do now have darkvision. Out of the player-facing races from the hardbacks there are 13 races with darkvision, and 15 races without. But go off, I guess.
Counting the DM-approval monster races from Volos and races from Elemental Evil/Tortle, that adds 5 darkvision and 2 non (with a partial for genasi).

I was exaggerating (a very spanish thing to do, sorry). It’s just curious how many races have dark vision (even if not all).
