@ChrisPerkinsDnD what makes a god greater or lesser?

The 5E DMG touches on the differences between greater gods, lesser gods, demigods, and other powers. https://t.co/qKWdNtF1BQ

Lesser gods can be fought. Greater gods cannot. https://t.co/lFdv99Grpr

@JeremyECrawford @mikemearls A dragon gets hit with disintegration and is disintegrated. But I have an old fang of his from before (1/2) that happened. Can one use Ressurection on the old fang to revive said dragon?

@ZarconistPreist @JeremyECrawford yes

@JeremyECrawford Could minor illusion create a fog cloud? If so, would shooting an arrow thru it cancel the illusion? Thanks! Love #DnD !
— Eugene Marshall (@eugenemarshall) September 16, 2015
An illusory object made by minor illusion is meant to be like a stool or a rock, not an atmospheric effect. #DnD https://t.co/Oxj5ADrLBL
— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) September 17, 2015
@JeremyECrawford So no illusions of Air Elementals?
— SpaceHamster (@SpacedHamster) September 18, 2015
@SpacedHamster Minor illusion makes an illusory object, not an illusory creature.

@JeremyECrawford Why do the spell components require materials of a certain gold worth when market values fluctuate?
— Tobbun (@Tobbun) April 25, 2016
The game isn't built to track the intricacies of a real economy. But feel free to do so in your campaign. #DnD https://t.co/8QkWDKzRjs

@Saetyrnineflurry of blows does not specify monk weapon as a prerequisite. Intentional? Yes.
— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) May 12, 2016
@Plaguescarred @mikemearlsStaff of Defense let you cast shield as a action but shield is a reaction Typo or deliberate tradeof? That staff does, indeed, let you cast shield as an action. A DM could also allow casting the spell as a reaction.

@henryhiggins47if I have the war caster feat and a reach weapon can I use a spell instead of the weapon if they move to 15 ft? The intent is that any OA triggered because you're wielding a polearm is then made with that polearm. @mikemearls
— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) March 23, 2015
@andy_striemerwhy invoke intent with polearm master but not on previous answer-Crossbow Expert 2nd bullet applying to not just crossbows? Crossbow Expert works as intended.

@ChrisPerkinsDnD @mikemearls @JeremyECrawford Can a drow wizard have all his "fire" spell use purple fire instead?
— Knoll (@Knoll68028721) May 25, 2016
@Knoll68028721 @ChrisPerkinsDnD @JeremyECrawford sure – flavor like that is cool
— Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) May 25, 2016
I let my players customize how their spells look, and my NPC spellcasters often have unusual looking spells. #DnD https://t.co/JHhJmVaIYp
— Jeremy Crawford (@JeremyECrawford) May 25, 2016
We're I the DM, I would allow it. It's purely cosmetic and has no effect on game play. https://t.co/uVvlzZoTLc
