Could one use Raise Dead on an undead creature after it dies?
@JeremyECrawford @mikemearls Could one use Raise Dead on an undead creature after it dies? It's not undead now, just dead. (Cue Miracle Max)

I'd say yes – comes back as it was in life, but I'd lay down a 5% chance that Orcus notices and is… displeased. https://t.co/sklbcbC4Lk

D&D with no end
@kerr_dchaving finished a linear quest, how would you suggest prep/offering choices to the party? #DMthings #nextsteps I start with this – I never try to think of how something will end. That's party's job to decide.

@kerr_dc I like to root adventures in conflicts between factions on some level, some of whom the PCs might like or see as potential allies
— Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) February 4, 2016
@kerr_dc Example – quest for a magic item. The guild of wizards wants it trap a demon. The temple of the sun wants it to stop a plague.
— Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) February 4, 2016
@kerr_dc finally, I use those relationships and decision to drive the next adventure. How do groups react? What do the PCs want?

Does Dispel Magic banish Gargoyles or Elementals?
@marcolivier_nIs it correct to say that Disp. Magic should banish Gargoyles or Elementals? If so, how can I know if the spell succeeds or not? only if they are summoned by a spell, and in that case use the standard rules for breaking a spell.

Wall of fire heat
@KrisKoletarWall of fire: does the 10′ heat count as being “within the area” for the initial save, or only the actual fire? only actual fire, IIRC

The real secret is…
@ChrisPerkinsDnD sorry to bother you but do you have any advice for creating customs classes? In prep for Strahd I'm making a vamp class.
— GiddyMitch (@GiddyMitch) January 27, 2016
There's class-building advice in the DMG, but the real secret is PLAYTESTING. Lots and lots of trial and error. https://t.co/bLvgNcVBC4

While Polymorphed, do you still retain your class saving throw proficiencies?
@ZarconistPreistWhile Polymorphed. Do you still retain your class saving throw proficiencies? (It says no equipment and spells. But not ST’s) yes, you retain them
