@MtS_DesignerMy players are interpreting that they can use their Reaction (without some event trigger, like AoO) to fire the crossbow. The first part of Crossbow Expert makes crossbows work with Extra Attack and the like. It doesn't give them reaction powers.

@DnDMontreal how does increasing or decreasing the starting HP of a monster effect their CR? AL uses this a lot but no documentation in DMG It’s going to vary from monster to monster; if you adjust hp significantly, you might as well recalculate the CR.

@scatterbreakExcellent UA article! One thought: as Hunter’s Mark is really big for rangers, maybe a non-spell variant of it could be added? Not sure the ranger needs both that and the boosted damage of superiority dice…I’d be more inclined to give out more dice

@TheRepliCanhi Jeremy! Can Rogues use Cunning Action as Bonus after a Readied Action? Exmple: Readied Grapple, miss, Disengage? Thanks! Do you mean a readied action that occurs on someone else's turn? I ask because Cunning Action works only on the rogue's turn.
