What is the casting time for a new version of the Artificer?

2 years, or a bit more? 😆A couple of years ago, I publicly said a typical new class would take 2–3 years at least before we officially introduced it to the game. That's still true.

Hypothetically, of course, if I were looking to make an Artificer for a game, should I wait until Monday evening, or do it now?
