The Alchemist Level 6 feature says it gives you a bonus to healing spells that use the artisan tool as a focus, but there are no Artificer healing spells that use Material components
Does it work on them anyway? You need the tool focus for all artificer spells regardless of the spell requires M components normally or not. You must have tools in hand to cast them (see the Tools Required section of the artificer's Spellcasting feature).
