So when did you start working on the realms exactly? I’m a huge realms fan but admittedly I know little about it before it became a D&D setting. In the spring of 1965, as a world, with some short fiction pieces over the year before that. This was ten years before D&D became widely available, so it wasn't a game setting at that point, though I did draw a variant Diplomacy board for the Sword Coast.#Realmslore
