    For the most part I have used used wizard and warlock class titles as no gender specific, such as doctor, professor or gardener. Witch could be used but it has evil connotations, and is more closely associated with warlock since both have made some sort of pact with an evil entity.

    I’d say the term witch would be more associated with a warlock, since they both share the same sorce of powers. (Patrons, witches of real life mythos get their powers for most cases by making pacts and deals with devil’s, Satan, ECT.)
