I noticed you adding description and stylings to PC actions and character narratives, especially right after dice checks. Where do you mentally draw the line between helping embellish a story beat and playing a person’s character for them? Only describe the scenarios surrounding the player’s actions, the immediate repercussions of their actions. Flavor their moments, but don’t take away their agency, or tell them what they do.

But you can certainly tell them what they involuntarily feel. That’s quite realistic. It’s up to them what to do about it or whether to suppress the emotion, though (but some reactions may require a wisdom check to keep in, when extreme or sudden).
