Considering chromatic dragons are sapient, they can surely choose *not* to be evil. So isnt “all chroma are evil” speciesist? There can always be exceptions, but it's the mythical nature of their history that binds them to selfish, violent, tyrannical pursuits.

Or in a fantasy setting good and evil are real, and not subjective. Dtagons in your world may merely be fancy biologic organisms, or titans.
