@mikemearls Oh, duh — 5′ r, not 5′ dia. (But not centered on the jinni necessarily, just on a point it can see.) So 3-4 Medium targets. I guess the height of the whirlwind doesn't really matter, then? A restrained target is still at ground level if caught there?

@geeniusatwrokObviously, it could capture a Large creature, too. What about a creature bigger than the whirlwind itself (Huge/Gargantuan)? I believe the creature needs to be fully in the area #wotcstaff
