Would there be a distinction between “resistant to fire and piercing damage” (specific, lists involved types) and “resistant to damage” (generic, all). Personally, I’d take the first as 0 + 0, and the 2nd as (0.5+0.5)/2 = 1. Sorta like specific beats general…Only distinction is scope – in the first, applies to two types of damage. In the second, applies to all.
