As Humanoid and Deer are too far apart, supposedly nothing.
But that’s a lame answer for a fantasy game, so lets say either a Centaur with a Stag’s body or a Stag-headed human.
But in either case, it would be like breeding a horse with a donkey. A Mule (or Hinny) that is sterile and cannot breed.
